At Ketone-IQ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, affix the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
